Payment:
Though Paypal is my preferred method of payment (it's easy and you don't have to be a Paypal member to use it), I am happy to accept checks and money orders. Contact me directly at Dottie@stonebrashcreative.com.
Purchased items will be shipped within two business days of cleared payment.

Returns- I want you to be happy with your purchase!!
Contact me if you have any questions or concerns after you receive your item. Refunds (minus shipping costs) need to be requested within ten days of purchase. The item needs to be returned in original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Customs/International Orders: The customer/buyer is responsible for all duties/customs fees that are incurred on a package. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked "other."

Shipping for International Orders:
After I receive your order I will have the package weighed at the Post Office to determine the shipping cost. I will contact you (so don't forget to include your email address) and you can remit to me the cost of shipping through Paypal. I will then ship it and let you know that it is on it's way.
